Personal Information

Dana is a lifelong resident of Eau Claire he is following in the footsteps of his father, Ray Wachs, a former City Manager and City Attorney for Eau Claire who also practiced law in the area for many years. Dana and his wife, who is also a lawyer, live in Eau Claire. Dana has three children.

Volunteer Activities

Dana volunteers extensively with the Democratic Party. At election time, he is the Lead Election Attorney for the party and its candidates. Dana regularly serves as treasurer for political campaigns. Dana also works to advocate for issues that are important to consumers, people who need affordable healthcare and people who have been injured, addressing these issues with State and Federal legislators.
